Drawn turkey...it' almost unbelivable, but we fry the turkey in breadcrumbs and we serve up it with mixed garnish. Baked "derelye" ...derelye is a speciality of kind of noodle. II. menü:
Trout in foil with potato roasted in their jacket...altough he lived in silence, we found him. We packed it in foil and we roasted it. We laid to the bed, what is made of potato. ...R. I. P... "Jégverem" noodle ...it's a Somló delicacy (sponge cake with vanilia and chocolate cream), with ice- cream III. menü:
Beef- stew with red wine and noodleGundel pencake ...pancakes filled with creme, served up with chokolate topping. IV. menü:
Mustard clod...we annoint the clod with mustard and we grill it. Do you smell the fragrance? The garnish is potatoes roasted in their jacket Poppy "guba" ..this dessert is made of crescent- rings, milk, honey and poppy. It's really simple, but a really delicious hungarian speciality. If you wish, we serve up it with dressing V. menü:
Cordon Bleu...we tenderize the marinated loin and we put to onto it ham and cheese. We involve it and fry it in breadcrumbs. The garnish is youre choise. Mixed ice cream in cup VI. menü:
Stock- potMrs. Viczák's secret ...we fill the turkey- breast with filling, which was made of ham, corn and spicy- butter. We fry it in breadcrumbs and we serve up it with french fried potato. Gundel pencake VII. menü:
Pork slice "Jóasszony- wise"...we put mushroom and bacon to the toasted onion. We mix it with toasted potato and we hide the pork under this ragout. Somló delicacy ...sponge cake with vanilia and chocolate cream... VIII. menü:
