24-hour reception service
Our 24-hour reception service provides our guests safety and comfort. In case you have any request, question or problem, we are more than happy to be at your service.
Private thermostat can be found in the rooms. If you have any question about its functioning, please contact the reception.
We provide baby bed and high chair in the breakfast hall to the guests with child(ren) when required.
At the request of guests arriving with children, we prepare a baby bed and tub in the room and a high chair in the breakfast room. If required, we also provide a diaper bin and a toilet reducer ring for the families.
Paying with the most popular bank cards (Maestro, Mastercard, Visa) is possible in our hotel.

We favor our guests with basic bathroom accessories, which will be refilled during the residence only when asked. If you want us to refill the basic bathroom accessories, please contact our reception.

Our colleagues change the bed-linen in the room every 3 nights in case of a longer residence. If you want the bed-linen to be changed more often, please inform the reception about it.

Consuming breakfast is possible between 7-11 a.m. in the breakfast hall on the ground floor. Beside the rich choice of food, we try to satisfy the special requests of our guests, however an advance conciliation is needed (e.g. gluten-, lactose free products, vegetarian kitchen).
Charging station for electric cars
If you book a parking space in the inner courtyard of our hotel with an electric car, we have a charging station at your disposal. You can inquire about the current prices at the reception.
Chargers and adapters
At our reception, you can request chargers and adapters for various electrical devices.
Please check out of the hotel at 11 a.m. on the day of your departure. In case of a later checkout request, please agree with the reception.
The cleaning staff does a maintaining cleaning in the morning. If you do not claim this service, please put the “Do not disturb” sign on the door-handler.
If you need a toothbrush, toothpaste, razor or shaving foam, please contact our reception.
Clothes cleaning, washing, ironing
Our laundry service is available from Monday to Saturday, there is no laundry service on Sundays and holidays. Clothes must be dropped off at our reception desk before 9 a.m., and their return will be negotiated individually.
Dry cleaning is only available from Monday to Friday, this service is closed on weekends and holidays.
If a “Do not disturb” sign is displayed in your room when the cleaned clothes are returned, we will place the package at the reception desk, where you can collect it.
Converter can be rented for different types of sockets at the reception.

„Do not disturb”
In case you do not want to be disturbed in your room, please put the “Do not disturb” sign on the outer door handle. If the “Do not disturb” sign is on your handle all day, room services will be given only at your request. In case of any service request please contact our reception.

Extra child bed
Accommodation for children under the age 3 is free of charge (being on an extra bed in the room of the parents); for children between the age 3-12 accommodation is preferentially (please contact the reception for more information). For guests with small children we provide child cutlery for breakfast.

Our partner restaurant, the Jégverem Fogadó, delivers meals ordered by our guests to our hotel during opening hours, which our receptionist colleagues serve with room service, if required.

Each room has a refrigerator in the desk.
Let your luggage be smaller! You can leave your hair dryer at home, since one can be found in the room.
Lunch or dinner can be requested in the Jégverem Inn during the opening hours. Our dear guests will be welcomed with rich variety and abundant portions in our partner restaurant. An advanced table booking is needed and our reception is be able to do that for your comfort.

Our hotel provides high speed wireless internet access in the guest rooms and the lobby. The internet is free using your own laptop. Connecting to the internet requires a password, which will be given to you at the reception.

Renting iron and ironing board is possible in our hotel. Please contact the reception in case of a request.

Our colleague will carry your luggage in/out of your room for your request; please turn to the reception with confidence. If you require, your luggage will be kept safe in our left-luggage office.

Parking in the hotel
Our separated parking lot can be used all day; the parking fee can be settled with the room check at the reception. Due to the limited number of places, an advance booking is needed to require this service.
Parking in Sopron
Unfortunately parking for a longer time in front of the hotel is not allowed. Public parking lots can be found in Széchenyi square and in Várkerület (free on the weekends; on weekdays parking meter operates between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m.), or you can place your car in the underground garage that is located around 2-3 minutes away by foot (subject to fees).
Payphone can be found at the reception, information about the price and other terms will be given at the premises.
Small pets are welcomed in our hotel – for a fee -, and we make their residence comfortable with a drinking bowl. However, you have to always take responsibility for your pet. Thank you for understanding that pets are not allowed to enter the breakfast hall due to hygiene reasons.
